Dexter At The Hollywood YWCA
Dexter loves to shoot in the neighborhoods yours truly frequents. On Lodi Place, at Lexington Avenue is the former YWCA or Young Women's Christian Association apartment building. I've posted about it elsewhere at this 'blog. For a long time, this building, which is now owned by the Girl Scouts of America was a Jobs Corps barracks. What I saw on the street was lots of production vehicles, faux Miami Police cars, an ambulance, etc. All the stuff that Dexter fans love.

Televised Yard/Garage Sale
Only in Hollywood could someone's used junk become a cause célèbre. The Style Channel's televised yard sale: Clean House, was shooting on Lodi Place Saturday, March 28. 2009. I couldn't find time to get to the sale, but saw lots of people walking up the street in search of a bargain.
