Hollywood Sign on a Very Clear Day

Hollywood and Los Angeles have an almost misty atmosphere at all times. This often expresses itself as a feeling of delightfully fresh air. Today, with the rain from a day or two ago gone and high winds removing this mistiness, the Hollywood Sign, atop Mount Lee showed a clarity you can seldom see.
