MASKED JUSTICE has come to Larchmont Village. This Luchera has the "right stuff". Where were the bad guys at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf that she was required?

This is a "before". As you can see, the sidewalk is protected from the construction. When this parking lot is finished, it will be several stories tall. This view will never be available. The camera is pointed towards Hollywood Blvd. & Vine St. The condo-ized Broadway (defunct department store) is the tallest building in this photo. The City of Los Angeles is building what they call a "parking structure", here. Why they cannot call it a parking garage or even parking lot I cannot guess.
