As the sign says: Villa Elaine
This apartment building has a huge, quiet inner courtyard well planted and maintained. The building is Art Deco in age. It was the home to both the Surrealist Man Ray as well as more modernly: Molly Shannon of Saturday Night Live fame and now the tv show: Kath & Kim.
