Poster Child for Problems

I was late for lunch yesterday and grabbed a slice of pizza. It was over 80 degrees in Los Angeles, and I was able to dine al fresco. While I munched on a slice two women sat down near me and one spoke about her teacher calling her the poster child for problems. I snapped a photo and here 'tis:
