A Hop, Skip and a Jump along Hollywood - part 2

Viewers of my 'blog should take note that Hollywood Blvd. is not a high fashion part of town. That was true up to the 1950s, but by the 1960s, drug dealers, prostitutes and hippies had changed the neighborhood into something less than appealing. Some work has been done to fix this. The intersection and areas around Hollywood Blvd. and Highland Ave. are now safe and have some upscale shopping. Yet, most of the Boulevard remains of cheap retail shops, tattoo parlors, cellphone stores and the like. The department store: Broadway, closed some 30 years ago and was vacant until two to three years ago, when the building was converted into condominiums. Bizzy B Lingerie is just such a place. Trashy lingerie.
