The Wrong Side of the Tracks

Here I am on the "wrong side of the tracks". Strange to be wrong no matter which side one is on, never-the-less, this is a shot from the Gold Line facing more-or-less north towards Pasadena. The San Gabriel mountains are visible in the distant background.

California without the Surfing (no not internet surfing)

Taken at Los Angeles' Union Station this is the Pacific Surfliner. It runs from San Diego to San Luis Obispo. It is the train that runs through Santa Barbara's nude beach. I wouldn't suggest taking the train for that, though, the nudists are aware they can be seen from the train.
