For Your Emmy Consideration - Irving Blvd. South of Paramount Studios

While I was flaneuring up Irving Blvd. today, I chanced across something new. Yard Signs promoting two Netflix produced shows:

Arrested Development and House of Cards

Usually advertising for the EMMY's and Oscars takes place in the entertainment business trade magazines. Sometimes, along Sunset (Blvd.) Strip. This, however, is Irving Blvd. between Melrose Avenue and Rosewood Avenue it is largely residential and little or no traffic except for the residents.
