The Intersection Of "The Grove" And "The Grove"

"The Grove" is all private property. Streets were put in (should that be 'on'?) the ground and have been made to look exactly like streets as you would see them in Los Angeles. This is confusing. The pedestrian cross-walk painted on the ground marks the intersection of the unnamed two streets. They are unnamed as the County of Los Angeles must (by law) give streets' names. Citizens can suggest names, but for the streets to become official, they must be "platted" by the authorities. This street, which cars drive over (left to right), is always blocked by pedestrians. The Grove is a pedestrian mall and the pedestrians have no signal to prevent them from infinitely blocking the access to the street by vehicles.
