The Smallest Home in the Silver Strand - Venice California

Did I mention parking (car park area for you non-US)? There is no parking in Venice. Not unless you have a home there with a parking space provided by your landlord. The Strand has it not much different. Every other street there are 6 tandem spaces. The Rounder and his pal had to drive to the southern end of Roma Court before one space appeared. A gentelman I spoke with said he had 3 daughters, all in college. That helped explain the lack of parking.

This is a pix of the smallet home in the Silver Strand. It is about 900 square feet (80 meters) . Almost all the others are 3000 square feet (300 meters), or larger.

This home is priced at $1.2 million.
