Venice California - The Beach, Silver Stand & Tsunamis

Hawaain Word meaning Woman or Queen... Also used in surfer lingo.
Here starts posts about Venice California. Mostly the Silver Strand area. It is immediately north of the Marina. A quite, mostly upscale neighborhood. Home prices are in the 1.5 to 4.5 million range. The Rounder has decided it would be better to live in that neck of the woods.

    Isn't that where Muscle Beach is? You can hang ten, hang out, and work out. Perfect! Go for it.

    Muscle Beach is more in Santa Monica. So it goes from north to south: Malibu, Santa Monica, Venice, Marina del Rey, Playa Vista, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach
