The Rounder saw B.B. King play his guitar Lucille at the Whiskey in 1967. "Name" acts haven't played there since then. A H'wd. Rounder informant tells me that groups now "pay to play" at the Whiskey.All photos on the Rounder's pages can be enlarged by clicking them.
All the "old joints" are gone. There was a place I went to in Cleveland called La Cave. Saw Dylan, Blues Project, Baez, and more people than I can mention. A great time period.
