What had been there was a decrepit 2 story building. Technicolor is now on the Sunset Gower/Bronson Studio. If you click the photo, at the bottom right, you will see a street sign: Beechwood Drive (pvt.), which is the inspiration for the Rock 'n Roll song: Beechwood 4-5789.
