Picture Head is a post-production house in Hollywood. Like almost all such businesses in Hollywood, it is a nice building, usually protected by a fence or security. Hollywood is for the most part, a seedy area and as the photo shows, Vine Street at Banner Av. is very typical of the seediness. In the background is a billboard for 17Again, the Zak Efron movie.The sign, spins slowly around.
