Hollywood's Hippest Street
For the time being, Cahuenga Blvd. in "old" Hollywood is the hippest street in town. But, that's changing quickly. Two years ago, the bars, clubs, and such were all in seedy old businesses. As the newbies flocked into the area, the developers have started the "remodeling". Soon all that is "old" will be "new" again. This photo is the entrance at 1604 N. Cahuenga Blvd. The lintel is un-retouched purple. Notice the cherub's face, top right. This is the entrance to an office building. It appears in some Buster Keaton comedies and is currently some part of Freddy Records
